It's been pretty cold and rainy outside, so as you would imagine, we spend a good amount of time indoors. This is how Wyatt kills time.

Watching kitty videos, he's memorized some of them, it's actually pretty cute.

Moving toys, furniture, and clothes from room to room, because it's just what a little man does, haha. He pushed his little activity table from the living room to the computer room, and finally ended his trip in our bedroom. He had to stop because one of the legs fell off!

Chilling out while I fold laundry...yeah I just thought he was making a cute face and had to post it, lol.

Hello blog, I missed you... well not really. I guess I don't have much to say now a days.

Wyatt's getting too big for his own good. He will actually look at the camera and smile now, it's not terribly exciting, but he would never do it before, so it's exciting to me!

He has been very into play-doh. I have to play too, I'm scared that if I don't watch him, he will smash green and red globs into the carpet, and it doesn't sound like it will be very fun to clean. Here are some of my masterpieces. Wyatt thinks they're awesome, haha.

Going to try to get back in the habit of posting again. Even if it's just to complain about how I hate being so far away from family, or that my neighborhood is really smelly.

He's 2! Can you believe it? I feel like it's such an important milestone, but I know they all will be! We will be heading to the Dallas Aquarium tomorrow morning, Wyatt loves fish and animals in general and I'll be sure to take lots of pictures. Then we're headed to Amazing Jakes for the night. For now, I have one of him asleep. He's going to look back when he's older and think that he has a weird crazy mom that takes pictures of him while he's asleep. I hope I stop before he's 10, that would be kind of weird, haha.

Wyatt is getting his way a lot, and I think I let him because I don't want to deal with the breakdowns or whatever. I'm going to fix him. I've been reading this article and trying to be better about not letting him always get his way. I'm probably totally lying, but I hope not.

Well, truth be told, Blake is the one that thinks Wyatt is terribly spoiled. I still think we have a pretty good give and take system going on, but I can see why he says that. A lot of times, he wants something I'm using and I'll let him play with it, whether it be my computer or phone, but usually I can ask him to give it back to me and he's totally fine with that (unless he's tired, and I know that's a bad excuse to let him get what he wants). I don't make it a habit to buy him stuff whenever I go to the store, but I will let him play with something to keep him preoccupied while we are there, and we put it back before we leave. I don't know. The only reason I'm doing this is because I don't want there to be any bad repercussions later on in life because I didn't teach him the "you can't always get what you want" lesson while he's young.

Oh, we bought Bat Bat a name tag yesterday, it's very costume-y and I love it! I think it's very cute on her. It's her first one ever, now Kitten's seems out of style, haha.

My little monkeys are asleep. Blogger is terrible for reducing the quality of pictures :( I actually uploaded all of these to flickr just to see the difference compression on this site makes.

I took these on three different cameras, one of which is my phone so they're all different look, haha. It's kind of weird, the ones taken on the iPhone look great on the phone, but not so much on the computer, well actually it's not that weird, but still... I wasn't able to take very many at the actual graduation because of Wyatt, and lighting issues. I guess it doesn't matter because Blake wasn't allowed to walk with everyone anyway, haha.

I thought this dummy was hilarious, it's nose is bleeding, missing bits of his teeth, bleeding everywhere....

This is at the graduation, there was a lady there with a DSLR using her on board flash. Her pics turned out black every time of course... I don't know why she would waste that kind of money on a camera and try to learn how to use it at a semi important event, lol. It was kind of funny because every time she took a picture, she would make a very puzzled face.

This afternoon was kind of depressing. It was just really cloudy and rainy. I missed the sunset because I wasn't paying attention at all. While I was playing with Wyatt, I got a glance out the window and this is what I saw. I thought it was beautiful! The window wasn't clean, but I decided to take a picture anyway. Then I cleaned it off and took a picture on my iPhone, which I love by the way! The screen is remarkable, so crisp and clear, my goodness. Everything but the reception loss is amazing. I'll probably eventually get a case to fix reception issue. I just don't think getting something shipped from China is the best idea at the moment, and I'm not paying $30 for a case, haha.

He's so funny, I keep telling him how cool he is with his glasses on, so he puts them on, but adjusts them so that they fall off his face. I love him so much and am so blessed to have such a sweet little guy.

I am having an issue though. He been waking up in the past few nights screaming and crying... everyone is telling me it's night terrors and all I can think is: great, I did this to myself by taking away his pacifier. It's not even screaming for a little bit and falling back asleep, he's so mad and scared that it goes for an hour or two, and I'm really hoping last night was the last night. It scares me and I don't know what I can do for him. His sleep schedule is in such a funk right now because he has trouble falling asleep, that I've been trying to let him just sleep whenever he's tired.

Ohh, I'm leaving him with Jacy tomorrow so I can go get some cavities filled. 30% cost share isn't cheap at all, I wish I could get on a better dental plan, but I think as Blake get promoted it gets even more expensive. I also need a root canal redone, which is going to be way expensive...truth is, I'm going to use the money on an iPhone instead. The phone I'm currently using never works, and I have a feeling I'd be in big trouble if my car broke down because I wouldn't have service. I don't know what's wrong with it, but AT&T doesn't even have the phone in their systems and told me get a new one and that's why I don't get service. I think I'll just wait until we move to get my tooth worked on, supposedly dental should be better and cheaper at Fort Lewis. I might eat my words when I get there though. The reviews for the endodontists that take my insurance in this area are terrible, and I'm not wasting $300 just to get my tooth redone. I can take the pain... I think. I feel like I'm venting, maybe it's because I don't have anyone at home to complain to, I don't think Wyatt would commiserate and I'm mad at the cats because they're dumb.

Anyway, to get back on topic, I hope Wyatt has a better night tonight, and a better day tomorrow. Here are pictures of my dumb cats. I'm mad at them because they pee and throw up everywhere... and I'm pretty sure it's because they don't like their new cat food. All I can say is tough luck because she needs it unless she wants to pee blood again.

I stayed home all day today playing with ways to make bouncers and diffusers because I don't have a hot shoe on my camera, which is a bummer. I've been playing with my 'prototypes' and might find time sometime in this next week to build sturdier versions. Run out to Michael's to get plastic and mirrors and stuff.

Anyway, this is my prototype bouncer. What a bouncer does it bounces light, lol. I have examples below. It took forever to construct, mostly because I was trying to figure what angle I needed and I didn't have rulers or anything....oh and I built it out of styrofoam plates, index cards, tape, and aluminum foil, haha.

Below is my prototype diffuser, diffuses light, lol. Built this out of a drinking bottle my husband never uses, paper, tape, and aluminum foil. I was hoping the bottle would be enough, but flash was still really strong in one direction every time so I lined it with paper, which did the trick.

Subject: Wyatt - He's a very sweaty sleeper, for whatever reason, my camera wouldn't auto focus on his face and I ended up focusing on the diaper, but moving the spot focus onto his face...and voila not very clear/crisp pictures.
I used the diffuser on this one. There was a lot of white, and looks kind of flashy still. I used daylight setting for white balance because auto was too warm for me.

On the one below, I used the bouncer. I think it came out great, looks very natural. If I had posted one without flash the picture would have been a lot darker, not as vivid and kind of blurry. I would take a picture without flash but Wyatt's awake now, haha. I used florescent setting because auto was really warm, turned everything orange.
This is just flash. I just used the smart capture setting. With the other 2, I set aperature to 2.8, I'm pretty sure smart capture did the same thing, but I'm not sure. Flash didn't do too bad of a job, but lighting is kind of uneven. Notice how it's a little darker toward the back, same with diffuser
With the next 3 pictures, I want you to look at the shadows. I used the diffuser with this first one. Soft shadows colors are pretty accurate.
I used the bouncer on this one. It's a little darker, there is no shadow behind the subject, but there is shadowing on the lower part of her face.

Flash, I kind of got a little bit too close with this one, but...with flash you sometimes get picures like this, where your subject is really washed out, and have pretty harsh shadows behind it. I think the diffuser wins this time, unless you like the effect the others have.

Diffuser, what it looks like when it goes off, nothing too crazy. I should have changed the white balance, but oh well. Oh, and all of these pictures are taken with ISO at 64, I could have raised it, but didn't want to see any noise. I also took these in the dark.

Bouncer, see, bounces light at the ceiling, but you can definitely angle your camera. But I'll have to say that you are a lot more limited in what you can do, bouncing at different angles and walls is a lot easier with an external flash, but I don't have that option.

I know this is an extremely geeky post, but oh well :) I don't recommend using the bouncer outside, because they wont do anything at all. Bouncers should be used indoors and only if you have light colored ceilings. My ceilings are pretty high about 12 feet, but it still worked, they're a really pale warm beige color.

Wyatt has been pacifier free for 3 days now. I'm so proud of him! It's been really hard for him to fall asleep though. He wants me to lay with him, and I don't mind that too much, until it's 3 hours later and he's tossing and turning because he can't fall asleep. I'm sure it will get easier...right? When I first told Blake I cut his pacifier, he thought it was super mean and made me feel really bad, but I'm reaping the benefits now. I don't have to listen to Wyatt's pacifier talk anymore. I'm pretty sure he was getting more and more addicted to it. He's been using it a lot more lately, and his words weren't very clear because they were his pappy-words. And it's easier not having to find a pacifier in the middle of the night when it falls out too, that wasn't really a big issue because he wouldn't care once he was asleep, but it was when he was younger.

I totally just lost my train of thought. Wyatt just rolled off the bed and there was a huge thump, poor baby :( I was probably going on and on about nothing anyway, haha. I was getting pressure from other adults about him having it, I kind of wanted to tell them to shut up and mind their own business. I'm just glad he isn't sucking on his fingers or anything.

Anyway, to end with a light note, I gave the kitten silly eyes, lol.

Bat Bat: Please stop throwing up after you eat, it's getting really annoying. The thing is, I have to get her special food so that she doesn't pee blood. I got Kitten some wet food (because he's my favorite, lol) and she will go over to Kitten's food and devour the entire thing in seconds. I guess she eats too fast and throws up. It's not even like it's just a tiny bit, I'm talking about 1/2 cup of kitty food coming out of her at least. It's really gross.

I made yummy soup for dinner, thanks to Ashley :) The problem is I went a little overboard with the pasta, and now my pot looks like macaroni with a little bit of soup. That's what I get for trying to improve a recipe that didn't need any help, haha. I'll just reheat it tomorrow and get some Potbelly for lunch, already sounds yummy!

These pictures are not very good, but my table was a disaster area so I tried to keep the shots within the bowl, haha. I'm going to go clean up now.

I need to figure out to put links and stuff in the sidebar later.

One messy Boy!

Wyatt likes picking up something and carrying it all over our apartment, like spoons, or crystal light packets, pretty much anything he can find and hold in one hand. And he started to crawl really goofy when reaches the kitchen or bathroom, because the faux wood or something. Maybe it doesn't feel good on his knees or something, haha. It's really silly. He pushes his back legs up like the kitty. Oh, speaking of kitties....Wyatt loves all cats. He gets super excited when we take him to the animal shelter. Dogs...not so much. But whenever he goes through the kitty aisles, he is super excited, coos, yells, etc. It's so cute!

This is after I gave him an earth's best biter's bisquit, at least that's what I think they're called. He pretty much let it melt in his mouth a little bit, and took the cookie and rubbed it all over his face, behind his neck..and ears, where ever those little hands could reach. By the time he had finished, the mush has hardened and it was a nightmare to clean him off. It looks like he has some skin disorder, lol.

These were taken at Kiddie Kandids. I guess someone new had just started working and wanted to practicing shooting pictures, so she asked us if we would let her take pictures of Wyatt for a free 5x7. She kept poking at Wyatt with a featherduster, hoping to provoke a smile, but it didn't really work. He just looked at her the whole time trying to figure out who she was, haha. It's too bad we couldn't get him to smile really big, I think it's absolutely adorable when he does. He wasn't feeling too good, he's still getting over a really horrible cold. I've been so tired the past week from waking up every hour or so at night. I don't mind, it's just so energy draining. All I have to do is shove a pacifier into Wyatt's mouth, and he goes back to sleep, but... sometimes he wants one in his mouth and he can't breathe so I end up having to take him to the rocking chair and rocking him back to sleep. I don't really remember how many times I wake up at night anymore. Anyway, here are the pictures, I'm glad they don't show his nose full of boogers, haha. Enjoy!

We didn't buy any, the packages are really expensive. I think we might schedule something at JCPenny, it's cheaper (I think, but I'm not sure).

Help! I'm stuck in Wyatt's hamper! hahaha, stupid kitten. He's been kind of annoying. We put him on a diet, so that instead of eating (at least) a cup of food a day, he eats about 3/4 cup. I try to feed him 3 times a day so that he doesn't eat it all at once and get really hungry later. But... now all he does all day is meow and yell at me to give him more food. He just keeps yelling and yelling, I hope he just gets used to it. At least it amuses Wyatt, he likes it when Kitten talks, and now we're in the business of terrifying the Kitten. To get him to stop yelling sometimes, I'll chase him around the apartment with Wyatt in my arms, in Godzilla mode! I usually stand him up and drag him along the carpet and he kind of hunches over and walks, one foot in front of the other, I should make a video of it sometime. It's sooo funny because Kitten is terrified of Wyatt. Probably all the hair he's lost, poor kitty. Oh, and he's lost .4 lbs, yay!

And, now they're getting along. Well, Wyatt is giving the kitty a hug, and kitten is trying to run away, lol.

I finally decided to apply for WIC for Wyatt, and now he gets free formula. Now I can quit breastfeeding without adding to our monthly expenses, which is really nice.

Valentines day was really nice, Blake surpised with a huge bouquet of red roses and white lilies. It's literally bush sized and really beautiful. The lilies should bloom soon. I'll take pictures. I also got some super fattening chocolates, lol. I ate five that day, and now I'm trying to limit myself to one or two a day.

Oh yeah, we found out that Wyatt weighs over 18 lbs now. He's getting so big, I kind of miss when he was a lot tinier, but I'm looking forward to everything that is about to happen. I had a dream a few nights ago that Wyatt was walking! He fell quite a bit, but just got himself back up and kept going, it was so cute, and I was so proud of him(even though it was a dream). I have more pictures to upload, I may do it tomorrow. They're on the camera and my phone, so we'll see.

This is how desperate kitten is for wet food :( I know it's sad. He looks super fat, but he's not really, he's just bunched up in the mini fridge... and I'm sure the camera adds 10 lbs.

I need some advice! Wyatt keeps going to bed later and later and I can't figure out how to fix it. He went to bed at 1 AM last night. I have been trying to put him down at 9:30 (usually because he gets super fussy because he's tired), and he'll go to sleep, but only for about 15-30 minutes, and then he wakes up and starts crying. I tried leaving him in there for about 5 minutes, but then I can't take the crying anymore so I go and get him. Then I try to putting back down at 11ish, and he'll just play and play for an hour or so, babble to himself, play with his crib toys... and then he'll complain for me to come and pick me up again. It's kind of frustrating because I need to wash his bottles and he wont let me, and it's not something I like doing at 1 AM. I like doing it in the afternoon but sometimes I just can't get to them, and I don't worry about it because he still has a few. Anyway, it's been messing with my sleeping schedule, and even worse we have new neighbors that like to blare their music with super loud bass at 10:30. Last night, they were doing it at 1 AM, I had to knock on the wall to get them to stop. I'll probably complain to the office soon.

On a brighter note, Wyatt's been pushing up with his arms a lot more, yay. He'll be doing the girly version of pushups in no time! We bought a shopping seat cover and he looks super cute in it. I like it because it keeps him from chewing on the cart, which is really gross, and it makes it cushy. Oh, and I was wondering about the rides at Disneyland, like, which would be okay for an 8 month old. I was thinking Small World, but beyond that, I don't know if they would let us take him on anything else, haha.

I'm pretty bad at this updating thing, so I'm going to try to post more often, but have shorter posts. Whenever I try to do a longer update, it seems like something else just grabs my attention, and I get distracted. So here goes:

Wyatt's two bottom teeth are coming in, at least I think it's two. I stuck my finger in his mouth earlier, and there was at least one breaking through. I think he's been handling it pretty well. He doesn't seem too uncomfortable. He's a tough little guy! Wyatt recently went through a period of not wanting to eat solids, so I'm holding off again. I feed him solids about once every few days now. He was eating two solid meals a day. But out of nowhere he just didn't want them anymore, I'm trying to build him back up to it slowly. Oh, he rolled over on his left side earlier. And he rolls over from tummy to back, kind of....well mostly in his sleep, but he did it while he was awake a few times so that makes me happy. He's also gaining strength in his arms, he's tries to peep over his bumper in the morning, it's so cute! I've been trying to keep him on the floor more often, but some days he just refuses to be put down and I end up carrying him everywhere. That's about it for now. I have a few super cute pictures that I need to post, but I'll do it later.

Just a few pictures we've taken in the past couple of weeks. I don't think they're in order.

I just thought this picture was funny. I sent it to Blake on his phone and said "Wyatt has been kidnapped". It's just such a random funny face, like he's defending himself from a monster.
I like taking pictures of him while he's asleep, not sure why, haha.
Look! No hands! I think he toppled over after a few seconds though. I've gotten him to sit on the floor by himself for about 5 seconds. After 5 seconds he starts bending too far forward for his own comfort, and starts squealing, or I just don't like the position so I pick him up. Usually when I sit him in between my legs he can hold his own for a while, might just be the angle, not sure.

Mmmmmm, last bite of sweet potatoes. I tried rice cereal for a few days, probably 3... and he started to get more and more of it in his mouth, so I took the leap and tried sweet potatoes. I think he likes it. I might do sweet potatoes again tonight, but will probably just give him more cereal. I want him to get the iron that it offers. When I first prepared cereal, I went by the box. It says "Baby's first feeding: mix 1 tablespoon of cereal with 4 or 5 tablespoons of breastmilk or formula". Something like that, I'm too lazy to go read the box right now. Anyway, turned out really watery, and it made it really hard to feed Wyatt so I've been making it thicker and thicker. Now... I have no idea what consistancy it should be for his age, I'm assuming I should try to make it around the same consistancy of the sweet potatoes? I've been keeping it kind of watery because the box said so. In a couple of days, I'm going to try bananas. I'm trying to follow the 4 day allergy rule. Then I'll probably try peas, green beans, squash, carrot, etc. I want to mix banana and cereal, just sounds good, haha.

Oh, Wyatt had his first fever ever a couple of days ago. The past three night have been a nightmare. He had such a hard time sleeping the night before I discovered his fever that I didn't get to sleep until 4 am, and even then I was waking up every 20-30 minutes because Wyatt couldn't get comfy. When I got up at around 7, I discovered that he was burning up. I took his temperature and it said 100.8 so I wasn't super worried, but I gave him infant tylenol anyway. and i'll finish this update during wyatt's second nap.

This is pretty much what he does all day! Sucks on his fingers, unless I give him a toy, then he jams it in his mouth and starts complaining! It's actually really cute, like he's yelling at his toys or something. I love him so much! He's so cute, even though my back has been hurting lately because he decided he wanted to be carried around all day. We were at church today and Sister Nelson...I think, asked me if my back hurts, and I was just thinking heck yeah it does!

This is our Christmas tree, Blake said I picked Jew colors, lol. I actually wanted to put some other colors in there, but maybe some other year. It's not complete though, no topper, and I'd like to add a few more ornaments. We have some presents under the tree, but none of them are for me or Wyatt. Two of them are for Blake, and the rest for family. The huge box is for Max and Hunter, it's something Blake and I thought was really cool for kids their age; and it makes me excited that we can buy things like that for Wyatt when he is older.

I should probably explain the pictures in my previous post. The first one is from when Wyatt went to go to see Santa. He was being so good! I was so proud that he didn't scream and throw a fit. Which reminds me, he was really good at church today too. He smiled at everyone, but talked through a few people's testimonies, along with Ivy, haha. I thought the second picture was relevant because he's been so good at grabbing anything I try to give him, and some things that I don't want him to have. I am always amazed at how fast he is learning. I feel blessed that he is hitting almost every single milestone earlier than expected, but I don't want to jinx it. I know it's terrible, but it's almost cute sometimes when he cries because sometimes he makes a sound that sounds like ma ma. Blake has heard it a couple of times too. I hope it's his first real word :p Anyway, on to the third photo. This is probably one of Wyatt's favorite activities, airplane! But recently, he's been complaining, his ribs might hurt or something, so the airplane is being kept at bay for a little while. The next picture is just Wyatt making a goofy smile, and the one after that is Wyatt sitting on his own...kind of. His boppy is supporting him quite a bit, but he'll stay like that for a while when I put him in there. I stick him in there now because when I put him in his swing he complains because he can't sit straight up, he will still try though! I should take a pictures of one of his crunches when he's in his carseat or swing.

I still feel like I neglect Kitten. He is always trying to get my attention. I feel bad I'm usually doing something with Wyatt when Kitten comes for his morning cu ddle time, he's even tried to climb on Wyatt a few times. I think he knows Wyatt is off limits now. Oh, Kitten let Wyatt pet him today, kind of. I took Wyatt's hand, and brushed through Kitten's fur, the first few times he grabbed on really tightly, so Kitten raised his paw at him, but after a few strokes, he opened up his hand and just brushed through his fur. We think it felt good on his baby hands.

Does anyone know how I can teach Wyatt to turn from belly to back? He's been doing back to belly for over a month now, and he can only turn going right. Recently though, he's been lifting his bum up in the air, and eating ground, lol. It's because he doesn't have the upper body strength to push his upper body up. I always feel bad when his buries his face in the floor though. He might be trying to accomplish something. I think he's been scooting around like that in his crib. I always catch him on the other side of his crib, on his belly, and wonder how he got there. He probably just scoots around on his face, it's funny when I think about it, because I always imagine him inching his way around like a worm.

I'm excited because I think Wyatt may be able to sit up soon. He can support himself up if I put him in his boppy, it's really cool. He's been doing crunches and working those abs of his, haha. Now I'm going to post a bunch of pictures and blog later, my vision out of my right eye is blurry, but I see fine without my glasses on. I check my glasses and they're clean so it's driving me crazy.

Hahaha, I had to post the picture of Kitten, he looks like a big fat blob and it's funny. And I just wanted to post random pictures of Wyatt, because I love him! He's so sweet, but he kept me up until 4 AM last night. For whatever reason he kept rolling on his tummy and it freaked me out. He tried to sleep with his face in the mattress, I didn't like that. He usually sleep like he does in the picture with the doggie jammies. I'd rather him be on his back, but he wont do it, so oh well... his pediatrician wasn't too worry since he's been able to roll over for over a month now. But anyway, to defeat him, I had swaddle him up, and even then he managed to get on his side. sigh... I'm so tired. He's also going through his 4 month growth spurt, I've been dreading this since last month, lol. But it's not so bad, I end up feeding him every 2.5 hours instead of 1.5, so yay! Everytime I try to take a nap, he wakes up, which is a downer. I'm pretty sure my brain isn't working very well right now, 3 hours of sleep = bad. It's 52 degrees outside, and I'm freezing, even though I have the heat set to 73. Well, I better go clean bottles while Wyatt is napping. I can't figure out how to post pictures, so they're kind of all over the place. I keep trying to put them AFTER a paragrah and type something about it, but they end up all way up there. Can someone explain it to me? haha.

Wyatt's 4 Month Doctor's Appointment

Wyatt made me proud today. He got his shots and cried for maybe a total of 15 seconds, then I picked him up and he stopped. Just little whimpers. He's been kind of grouchy ever since though, I think he's sore. They gave me a dose of DTaP before I left the hospital after delivery and I was sore for a week. I think I'll keep giving him Tylenol for the rest of the night and just hope he'll feel a little better tomorrow. He's been pretty sleepy since then too...so I've been letting him sleep, hopefully this wont mess up his nighttime sleep schedule. His height and weight is pretty much 50th percentile. He's at 15 lbs and 4 oz, and 25 1/2 inches! Everyone keeps telling me he's big for his age, but boy are they wrong. I forgot to ask about solids, but that's fine, I didn't really plan on starting them until he's around 6 months.

He's been rolling around in his crib at night time, and I'm trying to figure out a way to make him sleep on his back, but it's not happening. I tried a sleep positioner, but he got really mad. I wouldn't mind if he didn't roll until his face was in the mattress and his body is contorted. Most of the time he ends up doing tummy time even though he doesn't want to.

Okay well anything above this was written on the 17th, haha. I totally got side tracked with Wyatt and forgot to finish the post!

Wyatt was a little better today, he wasn't very happy when I put him down to play though. Made me hold him most of today, which is okay. I don't mind holding him because I'm sure one day he's going to be super independent and not want me to hug him or anything, haha. I also recently realised that no one has this blog link except for Blake and Ashley so I should probably have left my facebook message up a little longer, or tell people, hehe. I thought the pictures I posted were cute. They will taken a little less than a minute after his shot. I had to email them to myself from Blake's phone. He's making a silly face in one of the pictures. And we think he looks really cute in jammies, so we always have him in one, he just happens to wear the same jammies everytime we decide to take a picture, which is kind of embarassing. He gets them dirty and we end up changing him at least once a day though. I need to get him a few bibs, he drools so much now, and even worse he purposely blows out bubbles and those add to the drooling.

I downloaded The Dark Knight, but I haven't finished it yet. I don't like watching a movie if I can't dedicate my full attention to it, and I just haven't been able to the past two days. But! I finally got my inspection sticker on my car changed, now for my registration! I'm also excited about the Macy's sell on Wednesday, not sure why. Might take Wyatt to Stonebriar while Blake's at work to check it out. They had some really good deals last time. I got some Martha Stewart cutlery for about $15 bucks. It was just a santoku and pairing knife, but they were pretty nice. I was thinking about putting up a Christmas wish list, even though... all I really want is stuff for Wyatt. Like books and toys, maybe some clothes, hehe. Making Wyatt happy makes me happy. I still need a pair of shoes to match my dress for Thanksgiving, maybe there will be an amazing deal at Macy's tomorrow. I better start getting ready for bed. I'm so glad Wyatt fell asleep before midnight today, he stayed up until 2 last night. I was so tired, and it messed up my sleeping schedule.

P.S. I don't know a good way to end a post so sometimes it will seem like I just stopped typing, which I guess I did because I have nothing else to say, lol.

The last ones are after a bath today, and the rest are from last week. I just thought he looked really cute, and he wasn't complaining so I took pictures, hehe. I didn't want to post too many old pictures because they can be seen on my facebook, or they're just not that flattering :p But I'll post new pictures as they come from now on, or at least try to! We don't really go anywhere exciting with Wyatt, not many exciting places in Plano are around anyway.

This week, I need to get my tires changed, they failed an inspection, grrr... I think I need to pay more attention to kitten. He seems like he's depressed, he lays in bed a majority of the day and hasn't been eating very well. Neither of which is in his personality. Poor kitty.

Gosh dang, I feel like I don't have enough time to get everything done. I scramble to do dishes, wash the clothes, clean bottles, make lunch/dinner, etc. while Wyatt is asleep, but his nap times are so sporadic that it's really really hard and now all I want to do is sit on my butt and do nothing. Wyatt is currently in a milk coma, so I decided to watch some TV and post on my blog.

I possibly made the most fattiest dinner in the world tonight. Tonkatsu and fried shrimp with jasmine rice. I feel like such a glutton, I can feel my veins clogging up, haha. I also made next night's dinner, Yakitori, well I made the marinade and cut up the chicken earlier anyway. Japanese streak!

I tried to give Wyatt tummy time today, but he just wouldn't have it. He complained yesterday too. Just refused to raise his head... I wonder if he's not feeling at his best or something. He's been doing so good for the past few weeks, and I feel like it's such a set back. He's hasn't really tried rolling over either. He usually just starts rolling as soon as I put him on the floor but he doesn't feel like it I guess. I need to get on my old laptop and get some pictures off of there, we don't have any on this computer yet. I took a really cute picture of Wyatt on my iPhone though and it makes a super cute background. Looks like Wyatt is waking up, he's just sitting in his swing complaining at me! I better go. But I'll try to make this page look nicer tomorrow. Ashley recommended a page for background so I'll have to look into that, and hopefully I'll get some cute pictures of Wyatt up by then.

Hi everyone, sorry for the long web address, I couldn't think of anything else. I'm just waiting for Wyatt to fall asleep right now... I can hear him cooing at his waterfall soother and mobile and it's really cute. We took him to the mall and Best Buy tonight and he napped a little too long so he's still awake. I got an Iphone, Blake did too. The service plan is mad expensive though. Oh, and I bought a really cute dress at the mall. I have a ceremony type dealy I need to do with my family on Thanksgiving and needed to get something. Now I just need to take care of my inspection and registration for my car next week. I tried going last month for my registration, but apparently they don't take credit cards, and I didn't have anything else. Stupid tax office! It's so far too, ughhh... I hate errands that take me more than an hour to do.

Anyway, I need to catch up on almost 4 months of Wyatt blogging so I'll just post his milestones. I'll probably miss a bunch just because it's late and I'm not really thinking that hard about it, haha.

By the first month(Birth-1 month):

He could smile!

He would talk a little.

He would fart like an old man!

He could lift his head for a few seconds while laying on my chest.

He can kind of follow objects with his eyes, it's kind of choppy though.

He laughed maybe once this month.

By the second month(1m-2m):

He could hold his head up to look around for a 10 seconds or so, but wouldn't do tummy time more than a minute at a time, complained too much.

His head was a lot less wobbly.

He would show me he was hungry by putting his hands in front of his mouth.

He would try to imitate ohh and ahhh that we made at him.

He laughs, but I'm pretty sure he had no idea what it means, haha.

He's pretty good at standing up for 10 seconds or so.

He can see a lot better, he's actually watching his mobile now.

Wyatt caught his first cold.

By the third month(2m-3m):

He was able to roll from back to side, and got to his tummy a few times but didn't like it very much. In fact he would start screaming because his arm was stuck underneath him, lol.

He is laughing a lot more, he really likes to watch Blake make silly noises. i.e. Ah goo goo goo goo goo goo Wyatt! He laughed so heard that he start squealing, it was really cute, hehe.

He started putting his hands in his mouth, pretty much full time.

He is able to do tummy time and hold his head up for a minute! Big change from the month before, but he still wont do tummy time for more than a couple of minutes, oh well.

He puts his hands together like Monty Burns, not really sure if this is an accomplishment, but it's something he didn't do before!

Present:

Is able to roll from back to tummy, and tummy to back sometimes. I actually have to wait for him to go back to sleep sometimes after night time feedings just to make sure he hasn't rolled on his tummy.

He's been grabbing his Pooh security blanket. I know he doesn't need one yet, but it was really cute and now he's keep putting it in his mouth.

I think he's been watching his feet, not really sure.

He's crawling! Just kidding, would be pretty awesome though.

Copied most of that stuff from his baby book. I don't have any pictures of him on this laptop, but will definitely post some later. I'm pretty sure I missed some stuff, but oh well. Wyatt had a cold for pretty much 2 months straight. Made me feel really bad for him. Now I'm crazy about people touching his hands, especially since they're in his mouth as much as they are. I feel like he should be grabbing or batting at toys, but he'll just mess with the ones on his bouncy seat and grab his blanket if I put it in front of him. He likes watching me shake his toys in front of him but never grabs for them. He'll watch Baby Einstein videos for a few minutes alone and then get bored, but if I watch with him he'll watch as well. Uhm... update later, me tired.
